• Annual on-going wine training:
This training is offered to stand alone restaurants and food & beverage outlets in hotels. We offer this training as a continuous process. These bi-monthly sessions will be conducted on your premises, and our approved tutor will conduct & devise these sessions after understanding the training needs of your staff. We will also “train the trainer”, hence equip your manager with teaching skills on wines. These sessions will especially cover all the wines on your wine-list, and we will train the staff on wine sales and a better understanding the needs of your guest.
